My position at Reethi Rah involved meeting and greeting very high profile guests and celebraties in the spa and fitness center. Designing tailor made journey’s for their individual needs to include treatments in the Spa, Personal training, nutrition and classes. Establishing how the guest feels at the beginning of the journey and what they would like to achieve at the end of their stay.

The workshops are designed to coach people and and give them simple information on how to implement holistic therapies into their life each day to improve the health and well-being. Providing them with the information to enable them to find balance in their life and maintain that balance which is right for them. Teaching them that when you give your body the right conditions, it can and will heal itself.
