Rather than seeing yourself as the shell you are and placing the emphasis on that alone, instead turn it all around and focus on the inside and how you feel and think. This is the only way you will ever continue through the aging process and be happy and content through life.

To reach optimum health and well-being is NOT something which will happen over night and to maintain this level is an ongoing process throughout one’s life. Every second of every day our bodies are changing due to our thoughts, thinking patterns, emotions, feelings and actions. Add to this the outside influences such as stress at work, lack of vitamins and nutrients and a good balanced health diet and no exercise and your bodies will begin to feel the strain. If you don’t listen to your body and make simple changes to give your body the right conditions to enable it to heal itself, it will without a doubt become in a diseased state and will manifest into illness later on in life. Chakra’s can be over stimulated as well as under stimulated and this can have positive and negative effects on our health. Colour’s are energy and carry difference vibrations, therefore the colour of food we eat CAN affect our health. When you take something which is NOT a natural source and place it into the body you are removing the bodies own natural defence systems which are in place. When you treat a person with Holistic Therapies you are dealing with the root cause of the problem naturally and the real issue behind any illness, disease or symptom, therefore once treated all symptoms will be eliminated in the process.

Holistic therapies such as colour therapy can be used and implemented into your life so simply and have life changing effects without having to change anything in your life. Also great for people so busy, they don’t have time for their health.

The consultation covers numerous aspects of your health including mental, emotional and physical. Contrary to what you have been lead to believe, when you have emotional problems your physical health will be suffering. The longer the problem is left unresolved, the more likely the problem will manifest into a physical condition. When your emotional condition improves you are well on the way to recovery. The body is the most effective tool to treat any condition which we may have in life. If it is given the correct conditions, it can and will heal itself. The consultation is to deal with the root cause of the problem and not just the symptoms you have. It will give you all the tools to provide you with everything you need to give your body the right conditions to establish good health and with continued use enable you to maintain optimum health. Looking for a quick fix may be a short term solution but it’s not in the best interests of your body’s health, nor will it completely deal with issues which may arise again if you change your way of thinking back to your old pattern and habits. That would only be the same as filling your vehicle up with petrol once and expecting it to run indefinitely, which will never be the case.

Problems which people have, don’t just appear over night. Although a session may have a very profound effect on improving your health, it can’t deal with all the issues in one go because your body would not be able to handle all those changes at the same time. Therefore continued therapy is advised to work through all issues, also as a preventative measure and to maintain the bodies correct balance. You know what issues/problems you have to deal with, therefore the biggest step is acknowledging them and starting to deal with them. You must also be ready and willing for all these changes to take place in your life because it will require a little input from you to enable them to happen.

Your diet and what you eat. To establish weather it is a contributing factor to how you are feeling and whether your body is undernourished. The colour of food you eat affects your mind and body. The body’s functions are dictated by the chakra’s, main energy centre’s of the body. If you are eating the same foods all the time you will not be providing your body with the colour’s and vibrations which it requires. Every living entity on this planet carries a different vibration, so colour’s really do play an important role in your life. Not just the colour of food you eat, but the colour of clothes you wear, the colours you are surrounded by.

Each chakra in your body is represented by a colour. The chakra’s also serve different organs and area’s in your body and various bodily functions. The colour of your bedroom could effect your sleep, simply because of the vibration it carries. If the wrong colour is used, it could be over stimulating your body, when you are trying to wind down and go to sleep, therefore bright colour’s are not recommended for bedrooms. Also the colour’s which surround you in the house can effect your health. If you don’t provide your body with all the colour’s and vibrations it needs by eating the food, or placing the colour’s in your surroundings, this again can effect your health by over stimulating or under stimulating the vibrations in the body.

Your emotional well being. Making sure you are thinking positive and if not easily change your thoughts from negative to positive. This is so easy to put into place and not time consuming whatsoever. Positive affirmations can be done while you are doing other things, such as driving, in the shower, cleaning etc. We are what we think and if we don’t think it, we will never allow ourselves to be it.

Some of our physical problems may have taken years to become as prominent in our life’s as they are. We can be our own worst enemy at times refusing to let go of things from our past. Sadly we always hang onto the most destructive feelings, not the positive and happy one’s.

We all need a little help at some time in our life’s and it’s always easier to have another perspective on things and issues. When we are so wrapped up in our own little world’s which can sometimes be very destructive we NEVER see anything rational or logical and take everything to extremes. When we don’t deal with our problems and work our way through them, we can also turn to other negative addictions and elements in life for comfort such as food, alcohol, drugs, cigarettes etc, which will only ever mask the problem. The more we try and put everything to the back of our minds, the more we are ignoring our bodies. If we don’t give our bodies the right conditions they are not able to heal themselves.

With each session of therapy you are peeling back all the layers and removing them from the physical body and the Auras. The aura’s are where everything manifest before being duplicated and moving into the physical body, becoming a symptom. Quite a lot of the healing I do is focusing on the Aura’s and making sure they are cleared and repaired and anything which should not be there removed long before you would know anything about it in the physical body.

I attended Vicki's course and it was amazing. She has a very hands on approach to teaching. Open, honest and puts your mind at ease while taking her course. I learnt level 1 & 2 in Reiki but due to travel commitments we could not complete our Master Level although I would give her a call once we are back to complete this face to face. Both courses were excellent value for money. The course material is a great bonus as I am still using this information today while completing other courses. I would advise to give these courses a try as they are value for money and will allow you to learn something new.

Having undertaken the reiki course, I discovered many positive changes in my life. The changes were subtle to begin with, however as I began to apply reiki to my life on a regular basis these changes became more pronounced. The initial changes were of a physical nature, in which I experienced a kind of purging of illnesses which had blighted me in the past. Once these had passed which was over several months I began to feel that my body was healing and a feeling of wellbeing that I hadn't experienced in many years. My dearest Victoria,

You are really a FAIRY GOD MOTHER. You see, ever since you came into my life, which was just a few weeks ago, I am not the same.

I was skeptical as any allopathically grounded physician would be. One day, while sitting in my clinic after finishing my work, I went into a deep meditative state - spontaneously. Some higher power played out my negative traits and my deepest fears and all my pain. But, I was in a detached state and I always experienced some backround pain in my body. That vanished. I suddenly became very loving, caring and all the things I hoped to be.

I found out that I had become very blissful and childlike. I felt that my chakras have been synchronised and were rotating in unision. I am constantly feeling blissful since then and feel a power emitting from the top of the head.

hi there is been sixdays since my first attunement im feeling really good i have notice every so often i feel like my body is going through a healing crisis but i have a feeling its just the energy getting rid of the negative. but im feeling pretty darn good though i was having just a little fun the other day and thought about this clock on my desk the battery died about a month ago so i took it out and put my intent on recharging the battery now i keep having to set the clock back a few minuts it running fast and its been going for the past four days like this made me realise if i can recharge a double A battery that there is so much we can do that we didn't know before cool ok another thing here i know we live in a world of instant every thing and we can't seem to wait a second longer for things between the microwave dinners and instant coffee as humans we have become so wrapped up in speed we forget things like the smell of a rose the taste of real honey or thanking people for holding the door for us and I'm guilty of this to so i'm not saying im Mr perfect but we also live in this world with so many other people that have very little they don't have instant coffee the beg on the streets to get enough money for a cup of soup they are down on their luck and their energy to they don't know how to acess the universe thats where we come in if you can't share the light with strangers then you are never going to get anywhere in your life Victoria has no problem sharing her self with complete strangers she put out the enrgy that has helped so many of us so i want you to stop and think did i share anything with anyone today that wasn't a friend or family member try this next time you go to the store make eye contact with someone you don't know and smile and say to your self i love you i don't know you but i love you i can promise you that that person is going to smile back and may even say hi i guess what im trying to get across is that victoria wants our help and i think we should do what ever we can to help her she is overwhelmed with people wanting to be healed but nobody wants to give anything well the universe doesn't work that way my friends its a give to recieve contract so lets help her and the world lets heal this crazy messed up world one soul at a time if not for your self then do it for her
